Question about EcoFlow River 600 Max
So she is similar there. Only..... Is it normal that the Ecoflow River max comes with a German AC plug for home use and no Swiss power cable? Or at least an adapter from DE to CH plug?! Read in a comment that Digitec includes such an adapter. A detailed review will be available later ;)

Digitec (or any other Swiss retailer) is obliged to supply electrical equipment with a Swiss plug. If the appliance is supplied with a foreign plug, a suitable replacement cable should be supplied if the mains cable is pluggable or alternatively if the mains cable is permanently connected, a suitable adapter should be supplied.
If the appliance is delivered without a suitable plug, complain to the customer service and insist on a cable or an adapter, free of charge.
