So I have a Razer Blade Stealth which doesn't have an HDMI port. Would it work if I connected it to this monitor with a USB type C to HDMI?

Your RazerBlade has a Thunderbolt 3 port. This should work. Club 3D Thunderbolt 3 to Dual HDMI 2.0 (20cm)
