Since the latest software update (possibly by pure chance), SWR2 Kulturradio can no longer be received (as a favourite + already saved as a preset in the Internet radio): Error in the update?

I have this device, but in the holiday flat (where I am not at the moment). Most manufacturers use a station list from a streaming service. I recently had the problem on another device that the URL of ARD radio stations (e.g. Radio Bremen) was no longer up to date. I wrote to the service provider and the problem was solved within 24 hours. Just try contacting Hama directly via the contact form
