Since I connected my 2nd monitor with this cable, the monitor no longer switches off when I shut down the PC. I connected the monitor to my RTX 2070 SUPER Phantom. The monitor always switches from digital to analogue and back. Then a message comes up (check signal cable), which then spooks around there. Then I always have to use the on and off button. Can anyone give me a tip on how to set it so that it switches off automatically?

The monitor automatically looks past all inputs to see if a signal is coming. It may be possible to teach the monitor to expect a signal only at the corresponding input. Then it might switch off when the signal is gone.
