Shouldn't there be some kind of "cookery book" included in the scope of delivery or do you have to buy it separately?

No, there is no cookery book included. Just a few examples and what to do and how to do it. That's all. And a tip, xxl also big for a family of 5. Takes up a lot of space and is expensive. XL is ok. (My opinion)
