As it looks, the Sync app must be installed and started on the PC/laptop. Then the camera aligns itself, but simply so that everyone can be seen - and not on the speaker.

She focuses on the people in the room, but not on the speakers. Then she would have to be able to perceive who is speaking. However, I think that is very unlikely.
