In my case, the anti-virus software blocked the Rift S because the tracking cameras are considered a "webcam". Could this be the reason?

Hello Joelba123, what do you mean by sensor? If the headset is not recognised, it may be due to the USB port used on the computer. The Rift-S is known to have recognition problems with certain USB controllers. Please check if you have connected the USB cable to a USB3.0 or 3.1 port on your computer. If you have different USB3.x ports or controllers (Intel, AsMedia...), test them all.
