Wer sich die Rift S primär für Half Life: Alyx anschaffen möchte, kann das beruhigt tun: Die Touch-Controller arbeiten sehr gut mit dem Spiel zusammen, die Immersion ist nur minimal geringer als mit dem darauf abgestimmten Index-Controllern.
Es ist schade, dass Oculus bei der Rift S im Test nicht mutig genug ist, das Field of View etwas zu erhöhen, wie es Valve mit der Index machen wird. Gegenüber einer Pimax 5K+ ist das Bild schon vergleichsweise eingeschränkt – im Gegenzug lockt die Oculus Rift S aber mit viel Komfort, auch bei der Einrichtung, und niedrigen Systemanforderungen...
