Recently, the brush has stopped turning. I have cleaned the brush and removed all the hair, but unfortunately it still does not turn. After putting the brush back in, it turns very briefly and then stops again. It's as if the motor has too little power. Does anyone have any experience with this?

A clog forms in the "elbow" part of the appliance and the motor struggles ☹️. Solution: add water to the tube and it works again!
