Question: If I now have an MSI GeForce RTX 4070 Super graphics card on my PC, how much maximum FPS can I achieve?
Depending on the game and settings up to 240 Hz, but the bottleneck is rather the graphics card (I have the same, Doom Eternal goes to about 120-144Hz on max settings).
I can't answer that, I need the monitor for video editing
