ESAG collected the EPSG WorkForce WF-7840 (S/No.: X6M9003686) on 17.06.2022. No new or repaired device was returned/brought back until today 29.07.2022! As already said: Maybe the device will not be returned at all?

The defective device was taken back and refunded by Digitec. A new device (Epson) was purchased as it was urgently needed.
