Question about Armreif - 35026

I only understand the station. Is this an independent tractor or just a shell?
It's not at all clear to me from the specifications.

Unfortunately, the tracker from the Fitbit 1 does not fit into the wristband. The Fitbit 2 is slightly narrower than the previous model.
