You will be part of an international recruitment team that operates across three countries and become, alongside our hiring managers, the gatekeeper of our company’s culture. Pick up the challenge of finding the best talents across six different departments (Customer Service, Category Management, Product Development, People & Culture, Finance, Marketing).

Tasks

  • Ownership and management of the recruitment process focusing on an optimal experience of both the candidates and hiring managers
  • Active sourcing of roles within various departments, with focus on: Category Management, Product Development & Customer Service
  • Recognizing opportunities and trends in recruiting (active sourcing, direct search, online media, social media) and implementing role specific active sourcing strategies
  • Being first point of contact for our candidates and our company’s cultural ambassador
  • Contributing actively to both developing and reaching our team goals and company vision

Requirements

  • At least 3 years of experience in Talent Acquisition, preferably in an international setting
  • Extensive experience sourcing candidates across different industries
  • Proficiency in German and English language
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Using creativity and initiative to solve problems and achieve goals
  • Building trust through consistent and reliable actions
  • Utilizing emotional intelligence to foster people-centered approaches
  • Expressing oneself truthfully and fostering genuine relationships
