Our radio repeatedly has dropouts during WELAN operation and indicates that the buffer memory is partly empty. Is there any way to fix this?

If the buffer memory is empty (or becomes empty during operation), I think this indicates connection problems. How good is the Wi-Fi reception at the radio's location? Mine has also had internet reception problems despite having the correct internet line plugged in. It has also had problems with DAB reception. Most problems in this direction can be solved by waiting for the power to go off and then putting it back on. Some problems are caused by too many commands in too short a time (always wait until the command has been processed before entering the next command).

Hello RudolfH, I have no idea what could be the cause here. Our Imperial has been running for several hours a day since we bought it without any faults. If it is still under warranty, it would probably make the most sense to exchange it. Greetings, WerniGipf
