Question about Logitech MeetUp

Our MeetUp is relatively quiet. The sound only comes out of the left part. Does the MeetUp only have one loudspeaker or is our right loudspeaker possibly defective?

We are very satisfied with the volume, but the sound only comes from the left part. So it seems to be normal.
