Question about Sandisk Ultra Dual Drive Luxe
OTG is this device with OTG function also? I mean can I insert it in my Samsung smart phone S22 and connect with a WD external hard drive and watch in my smart phone the DVDs stored in my WD?

No, it is a dual connection usb-c or usb-a (phone or computer) but not an otg adapter. Also, physically the USB-A wouldn't be the right gender.
