Ordered 2 x Solarsaga as it was indicated that 6 pieces were in stock. After the order (which has been going slowly lately), the item opened shortly afterwards: "The delivery date is being clarified with the supplier and will be updated" as until today 14.09.2022. In addition, the price was briefly changed downwards.
And this was not the first time that something similar had happened. A similar story with EKWB Waterblock. Stock status at order on green (i.e. from stock). Then 2 - 3 days on "item no longer available/sold out". I smart...look directly on EKWB.com. During that time, the item was always available from stock. I thought it would come back into the range anyway, I'd just let the order continue and as soon as it was available again it would be delivered. I thought wrong, Galaxus cancelled the item and then put it back in the range after 2-3 days. But with a surcharge of 30-50Fr.

Both orders were prepaid directly via Twint. Somewhere you feel like you've been had.

Apparently the stock status is no longer correct at Galaxus.
I have now cancelled the order for solapanels and the 1300.-- will go to a competitor not mentioned by name.
The panels should arrive tomorrow according to the post office. Thanks B**** ;-) (With * the community conditions are surely fulfilled ;-)

We regret your experience with the order. Unfortunately, due to our high stock volume, we can never completely rule out a stock error. As soon as an item is taken offline by the supplier or has no delivery date for a long time, orders are cancelled. If this should happen and the item is then restored at a higher price, you can contact our customer service for a price adjustment.
We apologise for the inconvenience caused and hope to be able to convince you again with the usual quality next time.
