Only the left headphone works for me after the first charging. The right one was not charged at all and does not work. Does anyone have a tip on how I can solve the problem? Merci and greetings

we recommend that you reset your Galaxy Buds+ once. Please back up your personal data beforehand in the Galaxy Wearable app: "Start > Account and backup > Backup and restore". Please perform the reset on the Watch under "Settings > General > Reset". Then pair the Watch with your smartphone again and restore the saved settings in the process.

Hello, check if there is a light on during charging. Then check whether the headphones are correctly positioned in the box. They each have 2 contact points that must be correctly positioned in the box. I assume that only one is properly charged. Delete the connection with the phone and reconnect it with the Bluetooth. I had no problems with this, otherwise do a Google search.... Greetings
