Question about Logitech StreamCam

On 16.04. I ordered this item, as it was one of the only ones that had a delivery date during the Corona crisis. Now it's almost August and I still don't have the item. It's all hard to get at the moment, thank Corona, but I can't keep getting "status updates" that the item will be available in a few days, but days later it says the delivery status is unknown. Just leave it at "status unknown" and only inform us when the item is actually back, otherwise it gets on everyone's nerves. I have now cancelled the order.
