No matter which monitor and which DP cable I try, I only see green/purple stitches. I have tried 3 different cables with 3 different monitors, always with the same result. However, the HDMI connection works correctly.

I use PD Kabel and HDMI and 2 screens Dell . it works. You may need to do set up your pc it different display . I use hdmi connected from another source. it means I donot connected by itec . only one screen connected to itec .

It had a defect on the unit which did not occur with the replacement product.
