No matter what I do Windows 10 pc does not recognise the keyboard. What can be done
If it is a wireless keyboard, try a wired keyboard. And also consider the suggestion of "Perissinotto".
Then first test on another PC whether the part is not defective. If OK, WX recognises without a driver. In your case, this means repairing the WX or reinstalling the keyboard driver. The best thing is always a clean new installation.
