Question about HP Envy Inspire 7920e
New printer HP Envy Inspire 7920e (ink cartridge, colour) put into operation. Everything is OK, except that it does not print blue. Nothing appears on the print quality diagnostics for cyan and light cyan, normal colours for magenta, yellow and black. Ran printer alignment and cartridge cleaning, no improvement. Could the colour cartridge be defective or half dried out? Or the electronics of the cartridge or the cassette where the cartridge is inserted defective? Anyone got any ideas? Otherwise, Digitec must at least deliver a new ink cartridge so that I can see if it is the cartridge or the electronics.
I have exactly the same problem, set it up today and it doesn't print blue.
I have the same problem with my 7920e. Exchange device is not better.
Same problem as Violirob with the same printer model.
Never had such problems
everything went perfectly for us right from the start.
