Yes and no. Cables are usually supplied (I have never had a monitor in its original packaging without a connection cable), but not always the ones you need (e.g. VGA or DVI if you want HDMI or DP).
For this monitor, HP states on its own website that a DisplayPort 1.2 cable is included.
