90% of the time it will be a defective toner.
You can visually inspect all toners or try to remove a toner and start the printer and listen if it still squeaks.
With a bit of luck, the printer will only notice that a toner is missing when it warms up.
Or try making a test sheet of each of the different toners.
Some printers have an option under "Tools" to do this.
