My PC only has 1 HDMI connection, with 1 monitor connected to it. A second monitor is connected via VGA. Recently, an XGIMI projector has been installed in the same room. Is it possible to use this splitter to operate the PC monitor and the projector in order to stream via PC blue TV, for example?

Basically yes. However, this splitter does not support a verified connection for display devices if I remember correctly. Please clarify whether BlueTV requires this. Otherwise it works fine.
