My colour toners are empty. How can I get the printer to print only black/white? Despite black/white print output in the print settings, nothing is printed.
Try "resetting" the coloured cartridges. Instructions are available on the net. Then the printer will think that everything has been refilled. This way you can really use the cartridges to the end...

It works fine for me! I have been printing like this for weeks... Have you deleted the waiting list on the printer? Or acknowledged the error message? Good luck...
