Does the docking station run under GNU-linux (Ubuntu)? What is the max. resolution of an ext. screen that is supported?

Everything runs out-of-the-box under arch linux and windows 10. You can forget about an external 4K monitor: it only runs at 30 Hz (see lenovo's support page) and is therefore unusable (mouse jerks considerably etc). 1920x1080 would work (tested with yoga thinkpad l380 and yoga 720 13).

I use Windows 10, so I can't say anything. My ext. OS is still not running...
