Kann man mit der Maschine auch kleinere Mengen an Teig machen? 500g Mehl zum Beispiel. Irgendwelche Probleme? (Can you also work with small amounts of flour to make dough? 500 grams of flour for example.)

It is not optimal. It works but I have changed to portions of 800g to 1kg minimum. Otherwise, you struggle a bit. I bought this model because of the DC motor but if you will constantly use it for small portions, I would go with a smaller one. (FYI, I returned the machine 3 times because the box was always open plus other problems with the device)
