Theoretically, yes. And as it is with theoretical things: At the moment it works, who knows what the future will bring. You can connect the keyboard via Bluetooth. To make it work better, you can download the driver from the Mac installation CD. There is also a free tool called "Apple Wireless Keyboard". I have never tested it myself. I use a Mac myself. I would also recommend it to you :)
