Question about Thrustmaster TCA Officer Pack Airbus Edition
Joystick works fine but Quadant is not recognised by Windows10: unknown USB device (error when requesting a device description) Driver error. Have reinstalled driver - does not help. What to do?

I had the same problem.
I changed the selection switch under the ENG-MODE - SELECTOR switch on the front (below the Thrustmaster lettering) from ENG 1&2 to 3&4.
The quadrant was then recognised.

You may have already tried this, but Thrustmaster's website has both window drivers and FW updates for the Quadrant available for download.
I had exactly the same problem. Joystick recognised without any problems. Quadrant not at all (not even as an unknown USB device) although I had installed all drivers and software according to the instructions. I sent the joystick and Quadrant back to Galaxus as a warranty claim.
