I've bought this phone and I'm generally very happy with it, but 5G doesn't seem to work with Sunrise. Can you confirm that it has actually been tested to work? I'm wondering if it's an issue with the phone or with the operator.
It clearly states "Mobilfunk Standard
5G" so this should work. Is there no settings you can enable?
