It depends on which manufacturer. But this one is quite good.
For water cooling, however, Thermal Grizzly Hydronaut is the best.
I don't know if it's wise to smear a paste like this one, which also contains some silver, on an AIO cooling system. I would make sure and use the Hydronaut. A grain of rice in the middle is tried and tested, simple and covers the largest part in the middle, where it is most important. Some say you can also use a pea-sized portion.
