Is this the LTE model? So can I insert a SIM card. And does it have a slot for the memory expansion in addition to the SIM card, or is it either/or?

Without LTE. According to the enclosed operating instructions, there are the following models:
YT-X705F -> WLAN only (this model)
YT-X705L -> LTE
YT-X705X -> LTE + Voice (whatever is meant by this)

No, without LTE. Next to the microSD card, there would be a free space for a nano-SIM card, but there are no connection contacts.
