Question about Proficook Sous-Vide Stick
Is this stick also suitable for larger pots (approx. 10 litres) and is there a suitable lid to buy where the stick fits?
I would say that the size is not so important, what matters is that the pot is deep enough.
If the pot is huge, it simply takes longer for the water to warm up.
The stick fits 10L pots without any problems, because it is clamped to the side wall of the pot and is quite long. Unfortunately, I don't know anything about lids, but heating meat to 54-60 degrees is no problem.
