No, this lens is only available for Sony E. Tamron and Sigma do not make lenses for EOS R yet.

I think that this lens is only available for Sony E. But you can also consult the Tamron website (https://www.tamron.eu/lenses).

No, as far as I know, this lens is only available for Sony E-mount. But with a Speedboster/adapter it should be possible to use it anyway. The performance of the autofocus will probably just suffer a bit...
