I've been using this mouse for years and wouldn't give it away.
It is difficult to say whether your rather small hand will fit on the large model and I would recommend a test at a specialist shop. My wife, who also has smaller hands, has no problems with the large mouse.
I would also recommend the Logitech "MX Vertical" model for you to try out, as this mouse feels a little better in my hand. I can't say whether there is a left-handed version in Switzerland.
