Sorry. But I bought the Phantom 2 with the H4 3D gimbal and mounted the Hero 3. Fits like a glove.

I can't say for sure, but I'm guessing no, because there is a separate gimbal for the h3.
on the other hand, maybe there is, because there are no big differences in the camera body.
maybe it's best to ask directly on the dji website. lg
