Is this cable supporting 4K@120Hz video, Variable Refresh Rate (VRR), Auto Low Latency Mode (ALLM) and Dynamic HDR?

The HDMI version is stated as 2.1 which (the official specification) includes all the things you mentioned. So it should, hope that helps.
