Is this cable capable of 60fps at 1920x1080p resolution.

Even the oldest DisplayPort standard specifies a few GB/s data transfer. The most current standard allows around 30 GB/s. That is enough for 1920x1080p. If it doesn't work, it's rarely because of the cable. In any case, I haven't noticed any quality problems (but I haven't measured anything either...).

Running at 2540x1440, 60HZ or something like that. It's not supposed to be the cable...
