No, this is a lightning connector and you need a USB-C connection. There are a lot of options for you including hubs with slots for memory cards, etc, but a simple alternative for just HDMI would be i-tec USB-C to (HDMI, 15cm)

There’s a question/answer there to say it was tested on an iPad with USB-C
