Is there a way to transfer a video from the Iphone 12 Pro Max in 4K 60hz Dolby Vision to an Oled via cable (HDMI)? The Lightning --> HDMI adapter can only do 1080p.

no, unfortunately, this is only possible with Apple tv and the iPad.
