Question about RØDE VideoMic Pro R

Excüse for the many mistakes in the answers ... 😉

The above Roline plug goes or
this Hama cable: Hama 2.5mm male - 3.5mm female (jack adapter)

The question is a complicated one 😉!
If your camera has a 2.5mm jack output, you need a 2.5mm jack to 3.5mm jack adapter: the 2.5 jack plugs into the camera, the 3.5mm jack plugs in the cable from the microphone.
Is that understandable? 🙈😂

Thanks for the answer but as I understand it, the output is 3.5mm and I need an output with 2.5mm. Or am I simply understanding it wrong?
