Is there a RAID controller already built in or does it still need accessories? If so, which SSD is recommended? I would prefer to do a RAID 5 hot swap!?

I'd love to, but it's not for me, the application on the server needs MS Access. But you're right.
Does this thing have a hardware RAID controller or something like that? Or can you do SW Raid on Windows? I only know Mac and Debian.

It is best to use Linux with LVM. Then you have SW-Raid. That's how I do it. Runs great. With hot swap
