Question about Godox X1R-N receiver for Nikon
is the X1R-N compatible with the Godox AD600 pro?
The Godox AD600 pro has a built-in receiver. What you need here is a transmitter (to be attached to the cam). Here I recommend the Godox XPro-F (currently CHF 86.60). This thing is easy to use (once you figure out what all the buttons are for). This combo is great, also with others (e.g. AD200 pro, V1, etc.).
The X1R-N as a receiver is ok. I have strapped it to a Speedlight (not Godox). Attention: It did not trigger in approx. 5% of the shots. It is therefore better to use all Godox devices that have a built-in receiver.
