The item is compatible with Nikon cameras and flashes that support i-TTL for automatic exposure and metering, which the SB-700 flash supports.
In short, yes, they should be compatible.
The Godox AD600 pro has a built-in receiver. What you need here is a transmitter (to be attached to the cam). Here I recommend the Godox XPro-F (currently CHF 86.60). This thing is easy to use (once you figure out what all the buttons are for). This combo is great, also with others (e.g. AD200 pro, V1, etc.).
The X1R-N as a receiver is ok. I have strapped it to a Speedlight (not Godox). Attention: It did not trigger in approx. 5% of the shots. It is therefore better to use all Godox devices that have a built-in receiver.
It is important that the flash shoe fits and that the electronics of the flash are controlled. In this case, the Nikon version of the receiver is required for the Nikon flash.
Neither the supplier nor the manufacturer could give me any information on this. However, the question was forwarded to our community so that a customer who owns this device could check it.
