Question about Netatmo Welcome Power supply unit
Is the power supply unit for the Netatmo weather station or for the Welcome video surveillance? And what are the performance data? I no longer have a mains adapter and have tried to put the device into operation via a USB charger, but it keeps losing the network. I think it's because the power of the adapter is too low...

It's been a while, but you might be interested.
The power supply unit was delivered with the Welcome and has the following features:
Input: 100-240 V
Output: 5V 2000mA
I had used it for a long time with another adapter (same input and output) because the cable (fixed) was too long for me.
Since the beginning of June I had the same problems and at the end of June I got the message "incorrect power adapter" for the first time, before it always said "disconnected".
I assume that Netatmo has made an update and since then this "incompatibility" with foreign adapters has existed. A little later, Netatmo probably made another update, which included the message "incorrect power adapter".
At this time, a technician also contacted me, and his first question was also whether I was using the original cable.
With the original adapter everything works fine, unfortunately the cable is too long.
