Question about Coast Zithion-X USB-C

Is the PD protocol supported when charging via USB-C? Could someone please measure how many watts a battery is charged with when EVERYTHING runs via USB-C, from the power supply to the battery? Unfortunately it's not in the specs anywhere. Thank you very much!
