Question about BlueLounge CableBox Large

I have a power strip in the box and connected the power supply unit for the 2012 MacBook Pro directly to it. A little tip: at first I thought it would be a good idea to stick the power strip in place so that everything doesn't always slide around. The idea was only partly good...
