Is the lens hood really included in the scope of delivery? I have already bought several lenses and unfortunately had to find out that no lens hood was included, although it should be.

Hello,
The lens hood is included. At first I was a bit puzzled as to how to get it onto the lens. The solution is that there is a thin protective ring on the bayonet of the lens, which has to be removed first.
