Question about Xiaomi Redmi Note 5
Is the bootloader locked? I need to be able to download content from Netflix, will this work (requires an unrooted phone with a locked bootloader).

Unless I am mistaken, Xiaomi phones are sold with the Bootloader locked. You have to make a request to Xiaomi to unlock it. In any case the phone is sold with an official global rom and not a translated custom rom. So I think it's all good. In any case this phone is really excellent, I recommend.
